低频电压放大器是指工作频率在20赫~20千赫之间、输出要求有一定电压值而不要求很强的电流的放大器。

The low frequency voltage amplifier is the amplifier whose output frequency is between 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and the output needs a certain voltage value without requiring a very strong current.

(1)共发射极放大电路

(1) common emitter amplifier circuit

图1(a)是共发射极放大电路。C1是输入电容,C2是输出电容,三极管VT就是起放大作用的器件,RB是基极偏置电阻,RC是集电极负载电阻。1、3端是输入,2、3端是输出。3端是公共点,通常是接地的,也称“地”端。静态时的直流通路见图1(b),动态时交流通路见图1(c)。电路的特点是电压放大倍数从十几到一百多,输出电压的相位和输入电压是相反的,性能不够稳定,可用于一般场合。

The characteristic of the circuit is that the voltage magnification from more than ten to more than 100, the phase of the output voltage is opposite to the input voltage, and the performance is not stable enough, which can be used in general situations.

工频干扰是脑电信号的主要干扰,虽然前置放大电路对共模干扰具有较强的抑制作用,但部分工频干扰是以差模信号方式进入电路的,且频率处于脑电信号的频带之内,加上电极和输入回路不稳定等因素,前级电路输出的脑电信号仍存在较强的工频干扰,所以必须专门滤除。具体设计见图4,仿真曲线和实验数据曲线见图5(a)、(b)。图4中的LT1112是Linear公司生产的双路低功耗、高精度、皮安输入运算放大器。

电压放大电路

由于脑电信号频率低,因此该电路采用交流自举技术,使得在低频时也具有很高的输入阻抗,从而具有较强的交流耦合能力。自举要完全发挥作用,必须在图4中R1的下端提供特别靠近其上端的电压。这样,电阻R1上流过的电流就很小,因而阻抗就很大。否则,就发挥不出自举效果。其输入阻抗ZIN=Xcl+Rl+R2+R1·R2/KC2≈R1.R2/XC2。按照图4电路中的参数可以求得:ZIN(1 Hz)=188.46 kΩ,ZIN(10 Hz)=2 MΩ,如想进一步提高输入阻抗,则必须增大Rl、R2、C2的数值。具体设计见图6。
